Located in the upscale Eixample District in the heart of Barcelona, Galderma's Global Capability Center offers numerous possibilities for professional development such as exposure to global and cross-functional projects and access to global career opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Customer Engagement Technology will lead the discovery, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of our Customer and MarTech (SalesForce) Platforms and other customer engagement technology and digital applications and services that enable best of breed Digital Initiatives and Marketing Automation for our marketing and business partners, globally.This position is responsible for the full service, operation and delivery of Galderma's Digital Customer Engagement Technology Application Portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall audience enablement for marketing, sales, and service end-points including system connectivity, automation of data refreshes, manual ad-hoc list pulls, and ongoing optimisationsDevelop, implement, and document requirements, business rules, workflows, and processes for marketing automation toolsTrack product adoption, system performance, unnecessary redundancies, and value delivered through marketing technologyProject oversight of all new technology implementations, including timelines, coordination with the PM team and implementation partners/vendors, and ongoing management and reporting of critical deliverablesLead cross-functional teams to design, implement and manage marketing automation tools, templates, and reportingPlan and lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and / or understand business campaign objectives and engagementWork in close collaboration with various teams across the organization to understand individual and macro needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs, outcomes, and valuePerform vendor sourcing, RFP's, and coordinate with our legal department for all legal, data governance, and compliance requirements for marketing technologyBuild and strengthen a team that implements and supports the business technology that enables our commerical Galderma organizationProvide management, leadership and mentoring to Commerical IT Marketing Technology direct reportsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdditional responsibilities as requiredSkills & QualificationsStrong experience as a people-manager in Marketing Technology Systems in a truly fast-paced environmentEffective experience in digital marketing (more on the Tech side) with hands-on experience implementing and ongoing product ownershipExtensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, data warehousing, personalization enablement, and data-driven marketing principlesExpertise in audience creation, journey configuration, data feed integrations, and A/B testing best practices with leading marketing cloud platforms like Salesforce and AdobeExperience leading digital commerce with an omnichannel mindsetExperience working with and directing external agencies and consultantsStrong working experience with a variety of Marketing technologiesExperience with Salesforce systemsAbility to influence senior leaders and help in making well-reasoned decisions.What we offer in returnYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.You will receive a competitive compensation package with bonus structure and extended benefit packageYou will be able to work in a hybrid work cultureYou will participate in feedback Loops, during which a personalized career path will be establishedYou will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one where everyone is empowered to grow and to take on accountabilityProcess stepsSend your CV in EnglishIf your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first virtual conversation with Talent AcquisitionThe next step is a virtual conversation with the hiring managerThe final step is a panel conversation with the extended teamOur people make a differenceAt Galderma, you'll work with people who are like you.
