As a member of the Fastned team, you'll be contributing to a greener future by supporting our mission to give freedom to electric drivers.Your role The Senior Manager Construction Excellence will be instrumental in driving the quality, efficiency, and standardization of the construction process of our stations across multiple countries. This role will focus on aligning local construction processes, introducing standardized gateways and procedures, sharing best practices and knowledge, and increasing health & safety on site. The Senior Manager Construction Excellence will report directly to the Director Construction Management and will work closely with the local Construction Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution processes. Furthermore, this role will ensure effective communication and feedback flow between the Construction Management and Field Operations team. Last but not least, the role will act in close liaison with our Health & Safety managers.Who we are looking for You have:Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldProven track record in construction managementStrong understanding of construction standards, practices and regulations, preferably across European countriesExcellent organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsHigh level of communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel up to three days per weekFluency in English and at least one other languageJoin us in building a better future We work hard to change the world, but we don't forget to recognise & celebrate our successes, big and small.
