You'll be developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business problems in insurance and integrating these solutions into products and services.
Your role
As a Senior ML Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
Design and develop machine learning models to solve specific business problems in insuranceCollect, pre-process, and explore large datasets to extract meaningful insightsTrain and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performanceDevelop and implement algorithms to solve complex problemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products and servicesMonitor and maintain machine learning systems to ensure optimal performance and scalabilityStay up-to-date with the latest research and technology advancements in the field of machine learningYour Skills and Experience
As a ML Engineer, your skills and experience will ideally include:
1+ year of experience as ML engineer, Data Scientist or similarStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, large language models and statistical modellingStrong programmer, with good understanding of building solutionsExpertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++Experience with machine/deep learning, NLP and LLM frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Langchain, Pinecone, othersWillingness to learn and adapt to emerging tools, techniques, and trends in large language models and Generative AIStrong track record with ML engineering techniques in cloud environment (Azure, AWS)Ability to work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms such as SparkStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAdditional Information
Option to work remotely within Spain even up to 100% - you choose; with option to work abroad up to 25 days yearly
