About the Role Join Swiss Re as a Senior Microsoft 365 Cloud and Exchange Online architect and SME. You will deal with end to end solution design and implementation of new services and capabilities and be in charge of continuously improve security, governance, automation, and Microsoft 365 service integration.
Responsibilities: Continuous development of the Microsoft 365 core platform and Exchange Online service including identifying, evaluating, and deploying new platform capabilities, processes, and solutions to meet requirements. Design, implement and operate Microsoft 365 security, legal and compliance controls that mitigate the risks and fulfill SwissRe standards Drive technical security policy improvements with the Swiss Re security teams and internal partners. Assist in third level support cases interfacing both with Microsoft and internal teams Drive operational excellence and automation! Support us to continuously improve our Exchange Online security posture, including creation of run books, training and knowledge transfer. About You We are looking for YOU - Self-starter with hands-on mentality, willingness to adapt and grow, who feels comfortable in a complex and fast-paced environments and is ready to challenge colleagues and breaking status quo.
Moreover you will need: Expert knowledge of Exchange Online Messaging including related security and compliance capabilities such as MIP, DLP, Defender ATP, Threat analytics, DKIM, DMARC. Very good knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services and architecture, as well as IT Security Strong development and automation skills Understand underlying components in the space of Identity and Access Management, Azure Active Directory as well as authorization and authentication concepts. Have knowledge of Azure, Networking, Data management and visualisation. Fluent English and good communication skills at all levels of the organisation Nice to have: Experience in a global, multi-national enterprise, preferably with experience in the insurance and financial sector.
