This team is cross-functional and has backend, frontend for web, and frontend for mobile applications.Roles ResponsibilitiesThis role involves working on different integrations to support new payment methods and payment service providers on the Ocado smart platform.
You will need to support the current integrations and improve them, focusing on having a frictionless payment experience.Leading Influencing:Help set technical direction, actively driving continuous improvement and timely delivery in the team.Ability in teaching and coaching, such that you increase the effectiveness / impact of others across your department.Consistently able to translate needs into appropriate technical requirements.Consistently seeks the root of the problem we are trying to solve, makes sure that solutions meet these needs.Empathy with customers, clients, stakeholders managers.
