To continue this incredible adventure, we are looking for a motivated Senior IT Systems Administrator , full-time for our IT Core Infrastructure team, at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week).
What you will contribute: Ownership of Okta and its integrations Ownership of Intune and Jamf, further configuration as required by security & compliance teams Collaborate with the IT Operations Support team, including as an escalation point of contact, especially related to issues with the office network, MDM, and SSO Reacting to security notifications from different applications Helping other teams to configure their Atlassian projects according to their needs Monitor network performance and optimize the network for optimal speed and availability Document all work performed and possess the ability to write clear status reports What you bring: 2-5 years of experience in IT Administration, including Level 2 Support, ideally in fast-paced technology companies with min.
250 onsite employees Experience in both MacOS and Windows environments, and understanding zero-touch deployment methods for both of them Experience with Okta or any enterprise-grade SSO solution such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), OneLogin, etc.
Experience in managing MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Intune preferred), and Google Workspace Experience working as an escalation point of contact for support staff Experience in managing and configuring Atlassian Cloud services (Confluence, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Atlassian Access) Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English (C1 level minimum) and German (B1 level minimum) Experience working on cross-departmental projects in a dynamic environment Nice to haves: Knowledge in networking, e.g., configure and maintain Ubiquiti's Unifi systems; configure and maintain servers such as VPN, and Firewalls; configure and maintain a certificate-based authentication.
Willingness to occasionally support our onsite employees in our Berlin HQ Understanding security best practices Automating processes where possible (no-code solutions, bash scripting, etc.)
