We are searching for a colleague to join our team in Barcelona in our modern new offices. In this role you will work very closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, and will be responsible for hiring suitable employees for a variety of IT positions (we are a big IT company!) while having a great opportunity to develop and upskill yourself in the role.

You will
Be the main touchpoint between Hiring managers and candidates at every single step of the recruitment process taking care of the candidate experience and providing the best service possibleBe accountable to cover all the hiring needs and to assure processes are compliant with functional rules and policies.Manage regional staffing projects for our Europe locations and its entire recruiting lifecycle from job intake requirements, job posting, interviews, background checks to job offer negotiation, for all IT positions such as Java Developers, Front end and Integration architects, Devops Engineers, Fullstack developers, Service Managers, …Cooperate with headhunters and agencies in sourcing activities when needed.Partner with (Senior) Management in developing recruitment strategies, detailed job requisitions, and a consistent hiring process.Orchestrate Internal and External recruitment and alignment of resources for all managerial and professional level openings.Provide innovative solutions such as active sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in Social media, when necessary, attract top talents and build effective global internal and external candidate pipelines.Fluent in English. We work in a multicultural environment with teams and stakeholders in and from all over the worldExperience in end to end management of Recruitment processes, including active sourcing through Boolean search. We really take accountability of our roles.Experience in recruiting IT profiles and knowledge of the IT market. Obvious right?
