Then we would like to talk to you!As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires you to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you'll be doing:Managing end-to-end recruitments for IT and Tech roles at Nespresso based in Barcelona, collaborating with Client and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation.Sourcing Candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates.Facilitating the Interview and selection process.Building strong and trusted partner relationships with the Client and Hiring Managers.
