ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for overseeing all the HRBP activities for Iberia (Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona offices) with a special focus on the Global Operations area.Your main stakeholders will be our COO and her direct reports at the Director level, as well as Area Managers in the Customer Care hub.Your main focus will be to nurture robust partnerships with your internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork.You will set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.You will proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.You will be the ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.You will support leaders and their teams in the ongoing work needed to foster ED&I at TheFork, modeling the attributes needed to be an inclusive partner and colleague, being able to identify and address non-inclusive behaviors and assessing for bias in hiring, promotion, performance, and compensation.You will closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team supporting Iberia to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.You will be accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, such as Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, Engagement, and setting up follow-up actions (Engagement action plans, Promotions, retention plans, among others).You will use HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.You will lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working policy.Profile and Skills RequiredThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years.
