Sinclair is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior HR Business Partner for our manufacturing site to join our team, focused on driving people-positive initiatives across our manufacturing sites. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with site managers and leaders, helping to shape and implement strategic people agendas that support business growth. You will enhance HR practices to foster talent development, enabling the next generation of leaders, while gaining a deep understanding of our multifaceted group HR functions and broader business operations. Your leadership will also empower the HRBP team, providing guidance and support as we work together to drive success across the organization. This position will work with the HR responsible for Israel, Netherlands, Lyon (France) and Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
•Act as a senior collaborative partner within the HR team and across the wider business, responsible for leadership at our production plants.
•Utilize a comprehensive HR toolkit to align business operations with HR strategies, managing key projects in a Senior HR Business Partner role.
•Lead the HR team at manufacturing sites, ensuring cohesive support for business goals.
•Work with Senior HR leaders to deliver people plans and practices in designated areas or regions.
•Partner with senior functional leaders to support their team's people strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Provide advisory support on complex employee relations (ER) cases, escalating when necessary.
•Collaborate with managers to ensure understanding and adherence to People policies, identifying risks and opportunities.
•Support HRBP team development, providing guidance where applicable.
•Advise on employee relations issues such as absence management, performance, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
•Ensure accuracy of employee records and HR Information Systems, producing timely and accurate Management Information (MI) reports.
•Deliver project management support for HR initiatives, ensuring legal compliance and consistency across departments.
•Participate in inter-departmental meetings to foster collaboration, mitigate risks, and ensure adequate resources and support.
•Lead special projects, championing positive change and driving business improvements.
•Define and contribute to local processes that align with global HR initiatives and business needs.
•Drive consistency in talent planning with managers, aligning current and future needs to global HR processes.
•Coach managers to build people capabilities and improve team performance.
•Collaborate with functional leaders to execute workforce plans and talent strategies, partnering with Talent Development professionals.
•Share best practices to drive continuous improvement within the HR team, while being open to feedback.
•Diagnose underlying challenges and address root causes to foster improvement and positive change.
•Regularly review functional management data, using key metrics to monitor progress and performance.
•Focus on Talent, Performance, and Engagement to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Design and deliver impactful solutions while embedding ethical high-performance values and best practices.
•Understand stakeholder needs and deliver meaningful insights, data, and recommendations.
•Stay informed of industry trends and apply best practices for continuous improvement.
•Operate effectively in a complex environment with a matrix support structure, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

Experience and Qualification:
•Demonstrable experience in partnering with business managers and leaders to deliver effective people strategies.
•Proven HR management experience in global manufacturing sites.

•Strong professional HR skills, adept at managing ER cases, disciplinary issues, grievances, and sensitive matters.

•Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments, ideally within multi-location, operations-driven businesses.

•Skilled in engaging, challenging, and influencing stakeholders with people-centric decision-making.
