EM-2409-304SENIOR HRBPBARCELONAWe're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the HRBP Team.Do you want to join a very innovative project, with a best-in-class product and actively participate in our journey of growth?Then, keep reading!ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop and execute People strategy and people policies and initiatives.Managing day-to-day HR operations and processes.Supervise employee relations and health and safety, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training, and development programs.Follow up of hiring plan, and monitoring HR personnel cost.Create, develop and oversee performance evaluations cycles.Create and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.Organizational development and change management.Requirements:Degree in Human Resources Psychology, BA, Legal or similar.5-7 years of HR experience, 2-3 of them as HR Business partner.Proven experience in managing HR functions within international business environments, including familiarity with global labor laws, cultural diversity, and international talent management.Languages: Spanish and English proficiency.Proven ability to implement and scale HR initiatives in a growing business.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving.Availability to travel.What do we offer:Full time position, permanent contract.Hybrid work scheme (up to two days working from home weekly).Private health insurance (Sanitas).Meal + transport allowance + flexible remuneration (Cobee).Annual personal budget for training + regular company wide training sessions.Office located Barcelona city centre.
