Responsibilities:Strategic HR LeadershipServe as the primary HR point of contact for AVASK Spain, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.Align HR strategies with the business objectives of AVASK Spain and AVASK Global Compliance.Develop and implement initiatives that promote team growth, employee engagement, and performance.Business Operations SupportOversee day-to-day operational processes within the Spanish office, ensuring alignment with company standards and efficiency.Support Business Managers with cross-functional expertise on matters beyond their specialism.Identify and implement business improvements that enhance productivity and commercial outcomes.Talent Management and DevelopmentLead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent in Spain.Design and deliver employee development programmes to foster growth and prepare the team for future challenges.Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and implement effective succession planning strategies.Employee Relations and ComplianceManage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with Spanish employment laws and AVASK's global policies.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices in Spain.Act as a trusted advisor on workplace policies, employee wellbeing, and performance management.Commercial Focus and Strategic GrowthPartner with leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cost savings.Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of HR initiatives on AVASK Spain's business performance.Provide insights and recommendations that align HR and operational efforts with the company's strategic goals.Change Management and CommunicationLead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with AVASK's global values.Act as a communication bridge between AVASK Spain and the broader AVASK Global Compliance network.Key skills, knowledge and experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (AEDIPE, CIPD or equivalent preferred).Fluent in Spanish and English.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including business partnering and operational roles.Strong understanding of Spanish employment laws and regulations.Proven ability to drive business growth through HR strategy and process improvements.Demonstrated passion for supporting team development and fostering a high-performing, people-focused culture.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.Proficiency in HRIS and other business management tools.About AVASKAVASK Spain is a key subsidiary of AVASK Global Compliance, a leader in providing expert support to e-commerce businesses and global enterprises.
