MAIN FUNCTIONS Participate in system architecture definition at early project phases and in pure research projects with non-fixed requirements at project kick-off. Provide appropriate feedback to customer and internal stakeholders to ensure the best architecture selection. Lead hardware designs, including component selection, schematic creation, and PCB layout routing according to the defined processes and procedures. Support the PCB team regarding specific power requirements and EMC good practices. As a Senior member, support technically and organizationally the other members of the group, focusing on less experienced members, helping and mentoring them. Understand global product requirements and system architecture to perform appropriate hardware design
