About the role: As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead our expansion efforts in France and revitalize our presence in Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our international growth, harnessing your expertise to meet and surpass our ambitious targets.
Your missions: Develop the French Market: Spearhead our growth marketing efforts to establish Amenitiz as a dominant player.Revitalize the Swiss Markets: Redesign our Swiss inbound growth playbook to reinforce our market position.Unite Cross-Functional Teams: Drive diverse teams towards exceeding NMRRR (New Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets.Your profile: Data Integrity: Collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to track all metrics across Hubspot and acquisition channels.Strategic Alignment: Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with our business plan.Content Mastery: Craft a content strategy maximizing lead generation across all channels.Innovation Through Testing: Conduct A/B testing experiments to find new growth levers.Channel Exploration: Unlock and optimize new channels including paid media, partnerships, and SEO.Market Adaptation: Tailor the inbound GTM (Go-To-Market) funnel for France and Belgium.Financial Stewardship: Engage in budget and target setting discussions with our VP of Marketing.Your Impact Metrics: New Monthly Recurring Revenue (NMRRR) vs. Targets.Conversion Rates (CvR) Across the Sales Funnel.Cost Per Lead & Average Sales Price (ASP) vs. Target.Churn Rate: Minimize churn among new customers.Your Arsenal: Experience: 3-4 years in a relevant growth role.Performance Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in data-driven marketing strategies.Market Acumen: Understanding of the French and Belgian markets.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and optimize performance.Leadership and Collaboration: Experience in leading cross-functional teams.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies in response to market changes.Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.It sounds fantastic, but why Amenitiz?
