Your role will be central to evolving their growth marketing practices through data-driven insights and innovative methodologies. Key Focus: Growth Frameworks: In-depth expertise in AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) and Lean Growth methodologies. Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation and growth loops.Project Management: Manage and prioritize growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI on marketing campaigns.Marketing Automation: Experience in building scalable marketing automation workflows and managing martech stacks to support growth processes. Partner with the Marketing Data Lead to leverage data science and machine learning for advanced growth tactics. Establish and refine growth marketing processes and principles, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Oversee the execution of growth initiatives, from ideation to scaling successful strategies. Monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed growth objectives. Qualifications: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple marketing channels. Hands-on experience in executing and managing growth experiments and processes. Proven track record in scaling growth initiatives, particularly within high-growth startups and marketplaces.Extensive experience in growth hacking, with a proven record of leading successful growth initiatives.
