Are you ready to join us?The roleCorporate IT & Data Solutions (CIDS) is responsible for all internally focussed tools regarding our enterprise value chain. The major products in this enterprise value chain are Salesforce, SAP (4HANA) and our in house built Corporate Data Management.Within the environment of our Lead to Cash, SAP plays a crucial role. You would become Functional Analyst of SD Worx' Enterprise Platform (CPQ & Subscription Billing) domain. Enterprise Platform is the strategic enabler to be able to define & build a scalable SD Worx end-to-end standard for our lead-to-cash operations, which will set the baseline for all our evolutions going forward, including new GTM's, products, & moving away from functional & technology legacy.Coordinating and collaborating, that is what this job is all about. One of your main goals is to collaborate with the different stakeholders, like product managers and specialists. Together you will make our Enterprise Platform better and more user-friendly. You are responsible for the SAP applications and its functionalities based on the requirements of our business and the composed user stories, in close collaboration with the Developers and Product Owners.Key ResponsibilitiesComprehending the functional requirements from your stakeholders and translating them to technical solutions. Making sure users understand and are satisfied with the configurations in SAP.Responsible for business requirements gathering, workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Creating and refining of the business user stories. Sharing business and technical insights with the Product Owner.Gathering, creating and maintaining current and future business process flows for both internal use and SD Worx' business.Using an Agile methodology to keep track of your projects
