What You'll Do:
Reporting to Criteo Strategic Finance Director, CRO, the CRO FP&A Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
Monitoring Criteo Business Performance by performing recurring/ad-hoc analysis of Criteo topline (Actuals vs Forecast / Annual Budget / Year over Year analysis) on Performance Media.Providing business / financial insights by contributing to presentations and QBR Debriefs for the CRO, prepare and articulate the story for company leaders.Helping to understand and define the Client Solutions P&L and long term trajectory of both Topline and Opex.This role involves close collaboration with a network of FP&A business partners, Sales Strategy, Product teams in different regions.Responsibilities will include:
Participate in annual Plan/Budget and quarterly reforecasts analysis to support Criteo's Performance Media business by understanding numbers and providing valuable insights to CRO and other key stakeholders.Analyze the business and key drivers from regions and specific products. Identify trends and any deviations, make recommendations for Risks / Opportunities for overall business and defend rationale.Prepare presentations/memos for CRO and Business leaders Quarterly / Ad Hoc on business performance. Synthesize relevant analysis for leadership.Own FP&A partnership and lead strategic planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for various scopes under Client Solutions.Report and analyze monthly opex performance and recommend corrective actions to the management to track to forecast. Share financial analysis with business partners to support strategic business decisions.Partner with other FP&A teams to understand and present full Client Solutions P&L. Assess and identify opportunities for efficiencies or investments. Quantify rationale for CS Leaders and FP&A teams.Coordinate with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Sales Strategy Enablement & Operations, controlling team, etc.) to align end to end planning process and key deliverables.Who You Are:
• At least 6-7 years of professional FP&A experience, focusing on strategic business partnering and financial planning. Consulting/banking experience also considered.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen.
• Strong integrity, organizational and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to see broader picture.
• Be able to model macro-assumptions and scenarios. Build structure and quantify ambiguous asks.
• Overachiever, used to coping with challenging projects, adapting to changing environment under pressure, short timing and with full autonomy.
• Team Player, international experience with proven ability to work with people from different cultures.
• High interest for growing in Criteo FP&A organization and strong interest in ad-tech industry.
• Fluent in English.
