The Senior Financial Analyst Spain for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for financial planning and reporting This position is part of the finance department located in Barcelona and will be on-site.At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.You will be a part of the finance team and report to the Country Controller responsible for Acting as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders and local management, supporting country-specific analytics, budgeting, and forecasting, providing strategic insights, variance analysis, and identify trends to improve financial performance, participating in special projects, liaise with corporate headquarters in Europe and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters such as tax, treasury, and accounting.If you thrive in a fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class finance organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support country-specific transactional analytics and budgeting/forecasting Analyze country variations from forecasts and prior periods, offering explanations for variances, and helping local Business Management determine countermeasures.Identify trends, gaps, and providing comprehensive variance financial analysis.Act as a Finance Business Partner within an international matrix organization, including contact with several internal but also external stakeholders (banks, lawyers, insurances etc.) Act in close contracts with all the other players in the organization, especially on financial related topics like tax, treasury and accounting The essential requirements of the job include: Degree in business administration, engineering, or statistics with 5+ years of experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.Proficiency in Spanish and English, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of financial software (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Net Suite).Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a major plus
