What You'll Do:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our trade and non-trade payment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, a keen eye for process improvement, and excellent problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis of existing trade and non-trade payment processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Develop process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to clearly visualize current and proposed processes.Identify and evaluate potential risks and controls associated with payment processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.Drive continuous process optimization and standardization.Analyze payment data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and track improvement.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Actively participate in a project to automate trade and non-trade payment processing.Assist in the development of automation workflows and procedures.Test and validate automated solutions.Support the implementation, change management and ongoing maintenance of automated processes.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in process analysis or a similar role.Strong understanding of trade and non-trade payment systems and processes.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with payment platforms and technologies (e.g., Stripe, HighRadi).We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
