Senior Electrical Engineer Barcelona (M/F/X) 1372

International company is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to be in charge of all engineering activities in the electrical discipline for specific projects in accordance with contractual requirements (design, budgeted hours, schedule, etc.) by coordinating with other departments and external agencies.

Time flexibility: check-in time between 7.30h and 9.30h. Departure time from 16.45h. On Fridays you can leave from 14h.

Hybrid work mode: 3 days of remote work and 2 days of office work.

Responsibilities: Supervises & performs electrical engineering activities: cable and lighting calculation notes; cable schedule and power and lighting distributions; cable routing design; earthing system design; design of electrical schematics; material take off. Distributes workload among assigned team, controlling execution and quality of work. Coordinates with other Specialist Leads involved in the project. Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with project QHSE plan and company & discipline engineering processes & standards. Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering specialized in Electrical. Minimum 10 years of experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining or Petrochemical Industry. Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical installations design such as earthing, power cable routing, and lighting. Knowledge of software: AUTOCAD, ETAP, DIALUX, (SPEL, CANECO, JANUS, VDB, SPMAT valued). Fluent in English (Fluent in French valued).
