.Position SummaryResponsibilities include and are not limited to the following:Serves as a strategic talent partner to the senior leadership team by delivering and implementing a people and strategy roadmap that meets overall business and regional strategic objectives.Partners with our global HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent & DEI, Total Rewards, and Global Communications) in developing and localizing global HR tools for EMEA and influencing their early adoption.Carries out responsibilities in a wide variety of HR-related areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, and oversight of the HR Business Partner function.Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and applicable laws. Responds to and facilitates the resolution of employee relations and organization development concerns. Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system. Assures client group compliance and legal requirements.Assists with day-to-day compensation and performance management administration in the region.Beyond day-to-day business support, will also assist with succession planning, career development, and retention of talent.Serves as critical liaison between all EMEA locations and our U.S. based corporate headquarters; provides effective and timely communication with the broader global HR team and other corporate stakeholders.Provides excellent customer service in a team environment.RequirementsCross-functional HR leadership experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Business Partner roles.Acts as a trusted advisor by providing guidance, aligning HR strategy to business objectives while mitigating risk.Possesses both strategic thinking capability and "hands on" HR plan implementation experience.Demonstrated track record of hiring success in a high-growth company and in developing and managing programs to meet aggressive hiring targets.Excellent communication, consultative and influencing skills with an ability to interact with all levels of an organization are required.Must be customer focused, flexible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, where multiple priorities need to be effectively managed.Resilient and able to navigate a matrix operating structure and able to work in an unstructured and fluid environment.Able to work from a position of influence as opposed to authority.Current knowledge and fluency in regional labor laws, legal trends and best practices regarding Human Resources management is required.Must have experience managing the recruitment process using best hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.Experience and EducationTypically requires a Bachelors degree with 17+ years of industry experience as an HR leader including union/works council responsibility
