Our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading successful Paid Social campaign management through media buying sophistication and operational excellence. This role will play a key role in continuing to build our social program with campaign and audience strategy, development, execution, and optimization being among your main responsibilities.Please read this line: Location for this role is Madrid, Spain and relocation may be provided. This is not a 100% remote.Your Mission:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Social and Video.Research and propose paid search campaigns, including designing and development of strategy, identification of proper landing pages, audiences, tracking and campaign analysis and insights to drive continuous improvement.Track campaigns performance and optimize with respect to pacing, bidding management, audience analysis, landing page and ad copy testing, ad creative performance, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.Work with the global campaigns team to develop testing roadmaps, including recommending best practices and conversion-oriented copy based on industry standards.Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and communicate performance and recommendations to key stakeholders.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.About You:You are passionate about digital marketing, know the particularities of each platform, and how to communicate performance through storytelling.You are a team player who can manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while adhering to the process.Knowledge of production management platforms and digital marketing tools, i.e., LinkedIn Ads Manager, Facebook Campaign Ads, X Advertising (Formerly Twitter), YouTube, Google Data studio, Adobe Analytics, etc.Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results.A detail-oriented approach and a desire to achieve objectives accurately.Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability.Ability to learn new systems and workflows.Your Experience Includes:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent working experience.3-5 years of Paid Social experience, B2B Marketing experience a plus.In-depth knowledge of social and analytics platforms, tools, and technologies.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent project management and communication skills.Fluency in English + French or German is required.In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign manager.Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Analytics, Search Cloud, AEM, Measure/Bizible).Where we WorkOneTrust embraces a hybrid working model.
