We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our pool of external consultants and support a global pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving digital growth through Google Ads and social media marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta & LinkedIn Ads)Design and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions within Google AdsAnalyze campaign data, create insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholdersUtilize automation tools to streamline campaign management and improve performanceImplement and troubleshoot tagging and pixel implementation for conversions, ensuring accurate tracking and optimizationWork closely with the regulatory team (HPRC) to ensure content approval for digital marketing campaignsCollaborate with the SEO team for keyword research and other marketing-related tasksStay up-to-date with the latest technical developments in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to optimize campaign performanceManage and prioritize tasks using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contextsRequirementsTechnical Qualifications:At least 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Google Ads, with a deep understanding of its underlying mechanisms and advanced featuresExperience in Social Media Advertising (SMM - 3+ years experience with Meta & LinkedIn Ads) is a significant plusProficiency in using Google Ads scripts and automation features is a plusExperience working with Adobe Analytics is a plusStrong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation, with the ability to adapt reports to client requirementsExpertise in Tagging and Pixel implementation for conversions, including troubleshooting and optimizationProficiency in using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contextsDesired Skills:Fluent English communication skills (German language skills are a plus)Ability to work effectively in the pharmaceutical industry environmentStrong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams, including SEO and regulatoryAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to stay updated with the latest technical developments in digital marketingExperience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus
