Job DescriptionAs a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for applying a strong knowledge of digital strategy and 360 digital communication to deliver the highest quality strategic and creative output for the client.
What we look for:Good and holistic knowledge in digital disciplines to deliver quality strategic and creative digital output to the client.Experience and understanding of Social, SEO, performance paid media (SEM, Social & Programmatic) as well as CRM disciplines is a must.Experience working on SEA, Social paid and programmatic plans, with the ability to justify media plans presented to clients and discuss feedback with them.Good understanding of lead generation campaigns and budget optimization.Ability to establish effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and digital KPIs to facilitate effective dialogue and provide strategic input throughout the digital journey.Capability to develop sound strategies based on clients' KPIs and objectives, with the assistance of our area experts.Leadership in the development of presentations (e.g., organizing the flow of information, making strategic rationales) for presenting digital global and tactical campaign strategies.Building productive and collaborative working relationships with internal teams and partners.Being a key point of reference for knowledge on the client/brand for the rest of the team.Training in client guidelines and tools will be provided.Preparing and organizing client progress meetings and presentations.Preparing social calendars and creative briefs.Uploading social content in shared drives for client approval.Preparing digital briefs (social, CRM, display) and coordinating feedback and approvals with clients.Familiarity with FIGMA app and Teams planner tools for coordinating creative approvals with clients, HTML production, or Mailchimp deliveries.
