About the role: The Senior Demand Generation Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive business growth for our products and services. This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation and will work closely with regional marketing, content marketing, marketing technology, marketing operations, product leaders, and senior leadership. Acting as a strategic advisor to the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation, this role will be transversal and have exposure to all the Demand initiatives, providing ongoing strategic insights and analysis. This role will also help lead and oversee the development, prioritization, and execution of key transformational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and a proven track record in successful demand generation. This position is part of the Global Demand Generation Team and will be based at our Wood Dale, IL headquarters. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement demand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue. Collaborate with all the demand marketing team members and multiple cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of each strategic initiative. Ensure timely execution of demand generation action plans through precise project management and stakeholders' involvement. Carefully analyze data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and evaluate the effectiveness of demand marketing campaigns. Develop processes to scale strategic initiatives globally with accurate tracking and reporting. Stay up to date with innovative marketing trends to identify opportunities and new potential demand channels. Drive a continuous improvement mentality with an open mind, also through rigorous and meaningful A/B testing
