Our agile teams are set up across the products and services we are offering.We are looking for a great team mate to further develop the services around data records lifecycle management.About the team- A team of consultants and specialists, spread across multiple locations globally, driving the Data Records Lifecycle Management function at Swiss Re.- In our first line of defense role, we support in all steps of handling physical and electronic records including classification, legal holds, destruction, and other meaningful lifecycle activities.- In our second line of defense role, we provide advisory and oversight services such as training, awareness or risk reviews and assessments.- We are the main contact for our internal clients, business partners and technical people in regard to data records lifecycle processes and knowledge.- We are working in an agile environment and living an open self-organized team culture.About you- You do not shy back from evaluating alternative options aiming at continuous improvement.- You are hardworking and feel empowered to drive new creative projects and initiatives for the success of the service, the customers, and your team members.- You are excited and motivated to communicate and work with international business communities and with various cultural and professional backgrounds.- You earned a Master's degree in Information Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar.- You have several years of experience in the field of records management, data lifecycle management or information governance.- Have you already worked in an agile (SCRUM or Kanban) environment?
