Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering manager with a strong background in working with a wide range of Data Engineering tools to help implement the extensive data workflows that make an industry leading TV operating system. You will be responsible for designing a privacy-first data architecture that ingests all potential data sources, creating the platform for extracting maximum value from the data and building secure pipelines to connect these insights to our business partners. Securely connecting Titan's highly enriched data to the data of our advertising and technology partners is key to the success of the business. As someone with extensive experience, you'll be a leader within the data team and wider business, pushing the growth of technological capabilities of the business. What you'll be doing: Design and develop a low-latency, highly reliable data architecture with a critical role in product delivery. Identifying prospective technology partners and leading integration projects with selected partners. Responsible for the accuracy, validity and security of data from source to consumer. Managing the data lineage and documentation of all data as the basis for the company's data model. Being the business owner of the frameworks that are applied to ensure compliance with data privacy. Working closely with front / back-end development teams, business development and external technology partners. Help to clearly articulate data flows to data end users. Training and developing a high performing data engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Input into the development of the product road map, particularly with respect to the application of Artificial Intelligence.
