Specialist Computer Centres, S.L Multinacional de origen inglés, con fuerte presencia en Europa, dedicada al desarrollo de proyectos, despliegues e implementación de servicios IT, necesita incorporar a un Networking Operation Support (Advanced English Level) con inglés avanzado en su departamento de Managed Services desde nuestra delegación de Barcelona La descripción del puesto se realiza por tanto inglés para una mejor comprensión y encaje del puesto The candidates will be required to carry out the following tasks: Operational excellence: Maintain our global network platform at optimal network performance in partnership with service providers Timely follow-up and closure of tickets: Work in close collaboration within the global netops team and cross functional teams for timely fulfillment of request and resolution of incidents Follow the documented standard process and templates for incident comms and internal team comms for info and awareness sharing Network initiatives: Deliver network solutions on-time with full documentations and smooth transition to BAU Ops support Deliver network infrastructure changes for office projects on-time with up-to-date documentation, inventory and all other related services including monitoring updated Functional virtual team: Strive to be an SME in the assigned functional domain virtual teams Maintain the functional services/products at optimal health Keep documentation up-to-date and create SOPs and known issues/fixes KB If appointed as lead of virtual team, submit monthly reports on functional service/product health Desired or Extra Knowledge: Experience in support of SD-WAN (Preferably Silverpeak) Experience in support of internet security ( Preferably zscaler Netskope) Experience in support of firewall & security ( Preferably Fortinet) Experience with monitoring tools (Preferably CheckMK) Experience in cloud hosted virtual network (Preferably Azure Services) Experience in support of telephony (Preferably SIP trunking and Microsoft Teams Voice) ITIL certification /Preferably worked in organisation that adopts ITIL framework) Ofrecemos remuneración salarial en función de la valía y la experiencia aportada.
