Position: Senior Customer Success ManagerLocation: Fully Remote (Australasia/Asia)Key Responsibilities:Implement, educate, and train new and existing clients on all aspects of our SaaS platform.Help clients integrate our platform into their daily processes seamlessly.Manage a small team of part-time Customer Success Managers in the region.Provide mentorship and guidance through demonstrable knowledge of the Crisalix platform solutions.Encourage refresher training and training on new functionalities.Adapt teaching speed to the understanding level of clients.Work closely with the company C-Suite to ensure customer service processes are followed.Identify client concerns and additional commercial opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.Ensure clients have access to all online learning resources.Manage customer retention and provide feedback to marketing and development teams.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS or software company.Experience managing a team as a senior or team leader.Fluency in spoken and written English and one other language.Strong customer support focus with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Sales-oriented with a hands-on personality.Organized and detail-oriented with enthusiasm.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies, the aesthetic industry, or medical field.Background in tech support or sales.Empathy and patience with a desire to provide excellent training and support.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow processes.About Us: At Crisalix, we help doctors and educate patients by providing state-of-the-art online 3D visualization solutions prior to aesthetic or reconstructive procedures.
