We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take us to new heights.We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, creative and disruptive Senior Development Executive to support our Movies efforts in Spain. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects in development and production, as well as, a high volume of submissions and meetings.Key job responsibilities:Support sourcing, production and launch of movies original slate in Spain.Partner with a wide range of internal teams (ranging from production, insights, PR and legal) to ensure a good path for all projects.Create and manage the relationship with a wide-range of external producers in Spain.Help to resolve potential blockers, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs.Develop and make recommendations to greenlight unique projects and support all internal processes regarding movies content.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Fluent in Spanish and EnglishExperience in creative development: Script analysis.Experience in pitching and presenting documents to stakeholders.Experience developing networks within the TV and movie entertainment industry.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience as an executive producer.Traditional broadcast experience and streaming platforms welcome.Developed network within the film industryPassion for movies and TV, and extensive knowledge of the Spanish Industry.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
