Board is looking for an experienced Senior CPQ Consultant to join our Global Sales & Marketing team. The Senior CPQ Consultant will be a critical part of the team responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining strategic solutions within Salesforce CPQ ecosystem. This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.Responsibilities:Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet business requirementsDevelop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production supportTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce CPQ designs, leveraging best practices and implementing Salesforce-based solutions to meet or exceed requirements.Support existing Salesforce CPQ solutions (and related applications), working on development and deployment activities that include requirements definition, conceptual and technical design, system configuration and development, system and acceptance test, go-live, and production turn overResponsible for configuring, customize and deploy changes related to Salesforce CPQ product rule/price rule and catalog and identify areas of transformation and consolidationProvide expertise in pricing, quoting, and contract management processes within the Salesforce CPQ platformPresent solution options to the customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customizationPerform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mappingParticipate in training content development and Administrator end-user training deliveryProvide daily functional and technical support for Salesforce CPQSupport Tier 2 issues submitted by Salesforce Users and identify opportunities for technical debt resolutionOther duties as required to support and meet the needs of day-to-day operationsStay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities and recommend best practicesWhat We Look For:Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsBachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business, or related field5+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals solutions5+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator2+ years of hands-on experience with packaged applications, preferably Salesforce, implementing full project lifecycles. Other areas of experience may include Oracle CPQ Cloud, Apttus, Oracle Fusion CRM, or similar enterprise-level applicationsExpert understanding of CPQ pricing waterfall, price rules, product rules, product catalog, approval chains, and order management-based solutions with advanced pricing and configuration capabilitiesExperience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; ability to administer change management processes within a specified framework, including regularly reviewing issues management and change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk situationsStrong experience with agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and BitbucketUnderstanding of the Salesforce product suite including CPQ, Billing, Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutionsUnderstanding of complementary CPQ applications such as DocuSign, MuleSoftCertifications:Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Required)Salesforce Service Certified Cloud Consultant (Preferred)Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Preferred)Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred)Salesforce Certified Developer (Preferred)
