The Senior Course Leader Coordinator will focus on providing financial support to a team of over 500 Course Leaders--our educators in the field, leading our programs.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities Coordinate payroll: review timesheets, correct errors, follow up on issues Calculate and submit gratuities for payment Coordinate CL expenses in Concur Oversee Divvy/Bill card usage and coding Efficiently and effectively answer phone and respond to emails in a customer focused, timely manner Train Course Leaders to use finance related platforms/apps Remain professional, positive, and friendly during challenging situations Provide general support for the CL Management Team and CLs on program Assist with developing in person and virtual trainings WorldStrides, a global organization, is committed to educate and serve communities worldwide.
