About the Role As a Senior Controller of the Finance team, you will work within the controlling and finance function of the Group, reporting directly to the Controlling Manager and Head of Finance.
This is a role that will require autonomy, attention to detail and drive.
You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity getting things done to achieve an agile and accurate accounting function of a global high-growth business.
The key responsibilities are as follows: Deliver periodic financial and business analysis related to the most relevant FEVER projects.
Support business areas with financial information required on a daily basis.
Coordinate with different areas (Accounting, Business, Marketing).
Perform month, quarter, and year-end closing process.
Check business budgets and forecasts, checking for margin deviations: when, where and why.
Elaborate financial estimations to support business decisions.
Ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
Identify key opportunities to maximize efficiency of the business decisions.
Work closely with the Controlling Manager to escalate and resolve matters.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
ABOUT YOU In order to be successful in this role, you will: Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
4 or more years of experience within audit, accounting or similar functions (experience in audit is a plus).
Experience in Navision Business Central .
English level: C2 (mandatory).
Other languages are a plus.
Proactive, self-starter, able to communicate clearly both internally and externally.
Rigorous and meticulous.
Autonomous and organised.
Team player.
This role is located in Fever's HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
