About the role Working hand-in-hand with our Strategist team to have a 360-degree perspective on Social Media. Carrying out relevant research, gathering insights, testing new tools, evaluating latest trends and adapting necessary practices.Developing well thought out content proposals aligned with multichannel content strategies, to cater to our different target audiences.Scheduling content and engaging our users through original and compelling copies.Bringing your own unique ideas on how to improve and manage our international communities in social media.Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews, collaborating with our Agents' team. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Setting KPI's for our strategy: monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.Building relationships with partners, customers, potential customers, industry professionals and influencers.Encouraging collaboration across teams, markets and departments on social media strategy.About you Proficiency level in oral and written English and Spanish. French, Portuguese or Italian are a plus.Deep passion for Digital Marketing.Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focused on digital portfolio projects.At least +5 years of experience as a community manager or similar role.Management skills and strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills.Proactive entrepreneur: a can-do person who takes on tasks proactively, takes ownership and communicates well within a team. Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.Stays up-to-date with digital technology + media trends, through ongoing research, and understands how this affects the world of Socials. Strong understanding of what makes content popular online.Canva master and a pro-editor of short-engaging videos. Experience with design/edit tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut etc.) is a plus.Ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
