Senior Commercial Finance Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Finance team within EPS! You will report to the Global Director of Commercial Finance, supporting the Senior Commercial Finance Manager of TAAP. You will be influential and dynamic with the ability to contribute across the business. What you'll do:
Core business partner to TAAP Retail Distribution Managers, using commercial analysis to help shape strategies for key markets.
Analysis and tracking incentives and Key partner deals.
Produce the weekly trading report, leading weekly discussions with Sales to ensure market context is captured in commentary for distribution at an Executive level.
Produce monthly profitability reporting, highlighting areas of opportunity & risk.
Work with the finance team and sales leadership to drive improvements in operational reporting, focused on delivering greater insight to business performance.
Finance lead in the preparation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasting processes. Lead the process in setting annual and quarterly target for the Global Sales Agents.
Support the Senior Finance Manager to improve, develop and implement improved processes and controls, to facilitate balanced, profitable scaling of the TAAP Business.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support regional and global commercial projects and initiatives as well as deep-dives into specific topics to support the growth of the business.
Who you are:
Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA preferred).
Bachelor's degree, 2:1 or above (or equivalent) and strong academic background.
Proven commercial finance experience.
Validated record to analyze data to tackle business problems and provide strong business insight.
Confirmed ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-finance people.
Excel modelling and experience working with large data sets is key.
Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and data extraction via SQL will be highly beneficial.
