Senior Cluster Groups Coordinator - Pestana Hotel Group Madrid City: Madrid
Scope To manage sales activities in line with the annual sales plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the respective hotel units.
Responsibilities and Areas of Action Finds business opportunities in various sectors, such as corporate, groups, weddings, and events within the region to maximize room occupation and F&B sales.
Books events and groups while practicing yield policy to maximize revenue.
Works in partnership with the Sales and Events Teams to maximize corporate and group rates.
Manages third-party sites and agents to establish rates, negotiate prices, ensure proper implementation of reservations procedures, and maximize conversion ratios to achieve targets for the department.
Contributes to the selling strategy of the hotel and works in partnership with other departments of the hotel.
Builds strong relationships with customers, guests, and team members to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
Participates and assists in the organization of events in the hotel.
