Let's talk about Client Solutions Engineering (CSE) The Client Solutions Engineering team is part of the Tech organization and is responsible for facilitating clients' integrations by providing the best tools, such as technical documentation or best practices guides, and accompanying them in all phases of the project lifecycle: from pre-sale to go live, as well as day-to-day troubleshooting or improvements.
The CSE team has a central position between commercial and account management teams, as well as product and development teams.
The role will be based in our Barcelona office (hybrid), working directly with Harold Carrel Billiard, Lead CSE.
Working autonomously in a fast-changing environment, having an impact on the growth of a successful company, making transport greener in the cities, and solving real-life problems are just a few things representing the role.

What will I be doing?
Leading strategic integration projects that require internal cross-department collaboration and alignment.
Advocating for team or integrator needs internally, including working closely with Product and Development teams.
Working closely with the Partnership team on strategic projects.
Being the go-to person on technical matters for internal teams, including Commercial and Account management teams.
Comfortable troubleshooting and escalating detected issues when necessary.
Leading team OKR's to make meaningful contributions to company goals and team efficiency.
Improving and upholding team processes to ensure the continued success of CSE day-to-day duties.
Contributing towards the success of the whole team by actively mentoring or guiding others, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement
