The scope of work includes engineering services required to support the Data Center Engineering team on various projects currently underway or in the planning phase.
The scope will vary due to Client needs but will be based as outlined below.
ResponsibilitiesDatacenter Design Subject Matter Expert (SME) will manage, review, coordinate and provide key technical input during SDD (Site Due Diligence), Detailed Design and Construction Administration phases of a datacenter project. This position will require collaboration and management of internal and external resources for the delivery of discipline specific systems aligning with Client and site-specific requirements.
The Datacenter Design Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of Client's industry-leading datacenter designs including the development of new technology and advanced concepts from pre-programming through design development, construction, and the turnover to Operations.
This role will provide technical direction, decision-making, document review and overall leadership for our datacenter architectural/engineering designs. To be successful in this role the candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple, concurrent, complete Datacenter design solutions aligned with the scopes, schedules, and budgets of the projects.
The Design Subject Matter Expert will engage with key groups within Client as well as outside vendors who specialize in datacenter architecture and engineering.
