We are seeking a knowledgeable System Governance Documentation Analyst to improve the quality, management, and protection of sensitive system documentation.System Governance Documentation Analyst responsibilities include developing and implementing system documentation standards, policies, and procedures, conducting documentation quality audits, managing assets and licenses documentation, and responding to documentation-related questions and concerns.Your role:Develop and implement documentation standards, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure documentation and data integrity, compliance, and availability.Conduct governance documentation and procedures quality audits and lead initiatives to improve documentation quality.Collaborate with IT teams and application and system owners to implement and enforce documentation governance framework.Assist in documentation management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity.Ensure the internal and external (SOX) audit controls documentation and evidence are provided and stored in the governance sites.Respond to documentation-related questions and interpret policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and privacy.Manage and maintain enterprise assets documentation and data.Train and educate employees on documentation management and governance procedures.Your profile:Proven experience as a Governance Documentation Analyst or similar role.
Experience level: Senior (7-10 years in a similar role)Proficient in English language.Must be highly organized, have attention to detail.Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.Work closely with other Flowserve IT teams and 3rd party support and hosting partners.Knowledge of system governance documentation practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection.Knowledge of documentation quality and documentation protection management practices.Experience in documentation analysis and management reporting.Proficiency in governance documentation tools and procedures such as COBIT.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.Flexible work hours.Travel maximum 15%.We offer a variety of benefits alongside a competitive salary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
