About this role: Integrate Gartner's technology strategy into business operations. Individual Contributor role with minimal supervision with decision-making responsibilities on accruals and forecasting. Peer review of PMs forecast. Critique, recommendations and status of financial forecasts on all projects. Advanced depth and breadth of knowledge of Gartner IT portfolio. What you will do: Processing and tracking of software purchases and software maintenance renewals Vendor Invoice Processing Identify cost savings from operational efficiencies Software licensing globally Manage our Service Integrator (SI) to build our SAM platform in ServiceNow Management of the Software Asset Management (SAM) Platform within ServiceNow Work with internal stakeholders to onboard business unit specific software What you will need: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required 3+ Years of ServiceNow experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) 5+ years business experience in a technology organization; Gartner experience helpful Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerBI Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-oriented Who you are: Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges What you will get: Competitive compensation 23 days annual holiday and an additional day off for your birthday.
