Senior Business Analyst

Qualifications:
Economics, Business Administration, or related financial knowledge
Banking product knowledge (GTB + GDF)
Experience with CIB business and accounting, financial statements, capital metrics, and reporting main KPIs and performance metrics
Understanding project requirements from the product owner perspective and helping in the design of suitable solutions
Experience leading both functional and technical teams and liaising with senior management
Proven record as PMO as well as agile methodology
Familiar with drafting functional documentation and translating those into guides for the technical teams
Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, manage risks, and possess a problem-solving mindset
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Management skills for budget scenarios in systems and a proactive profile to follow different topics
Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
Previous experience as a business analyst and leading projects
English proficiency
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Advanced data analytics skills
Desirable (not mandatory):
Previous experience in banking
Knowledge of distribution methods
Experience in writing SQL queries
Experience with data visualization
