Your role will be focused on Repair Science and Artificial Intelligence, closely collaborating with the Data Science and the Engineering teams.What You'll DoCollaborate with global product and client servicing teams to help shape the research and client consulting across assigned products.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine and define new and existing features.Analyze product performance with Data Analytics and share findings with the product team.Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to ensure that products are developed as defined.Help Product Managers and Product Owners to understand market requirements for the claims business, identify gaps in claims management features among Solera products (global and local products), and collaborate to write product requirements.Analyze different markets and participate in GAP analysis processes to help implement Solera's Global Claims Platform in other countries.Create compelling documentation to support the business value proposition of existing products, new products, and features.Create and support the delivery of white papers, discussion papers, and client case studies.Stay up to date on the latest technology and customer trends in a global landscape.Work with dev teams, product owners, and product managers to develop and document a clear understanding of the business process and how our clients operate.Maintain an excellent and in-depth level of understanding of the assigned products.Maintain a good level of understanding of technology used on assigned products.Analyze stakeholder needs and conduct brainstorming sessions to gather exact requirements.What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this IT Business Analyst role is one who has proven experience supporting business in a complex global environment, providing advice and guidance on IT/Business related matters.At least 3 years of business analyst experience (preferably B2B software)
