Senior Brand Manager Premium Dermocosmetics SOUTHERN EUROPE + FRANCE CLUSTER
JOB DESCRIPTION: Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to the Skin Health Group Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading J&J's Premium Dermocosmetics strategy across the Southern Europe Cluster.
Internally you will be a key partner of the SEF Skin Health Squad & EMEA Premium Dermocosmetics Squad.

ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead JnJ Premium Dermocosmetics strategy: Accelerate Aveeno's growth across existing countries while driving the growth of a new brand across Iberia & Greece & explore opportunities to grow and expand the business to other SEF countries in the future.Utilize strong understanding of launches in other regions/competitors in SEF to lead, educate and gain the required resources to launch within months and drive sustainable success.Work in close partnership with the regional franchise teams and local partners (professional, activation managers & commercial teams) to implement go-to market strategy and support.Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver speed to market with strong launch package/fundamentals to support local implementation.
Locally adapt global content & customize claims whilst also partnering with supply chain to ensure a healthy stock position.Lead comms and media planning for the Southern Europe Cluster countries based on target consumer to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return.Engage with agencies to enable compliant, efficient, effective and timely adaptation/development of assets as well as assure consistent activation of the integrated marketing communication strategy for the brand.Partner with HCP team to co-develop a strong professional-first support model including professional education, digital, PR & outstanding in-store execution.Build strong professional plans to activate across influencer ecosystem to build brand equity.Work in close partnership with the e-commerce team to accelerate brand's growth within this channel.Provide all reports and analytics on brand performance and opportunities to grow the business.People development - 1 direct report.Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs - NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV.BMEs management.Demonstrates an excitement, passion and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition and impactful claims.
