About Our Client International Bank located in Madrid Job Description* Development & Management of a new client portfolio consisting of IPP´s focusing on Corporate Banking and Project Financing. * Financial Strategic Advisory to corporate clients. * Leading the relationship with IPP´s in Spain and Portugal Sustainable Finance projects in Spain * Development and maintenance strong relationships with current and potential clients. * Provide financing solutions of the projects. * Stay up to date on changes in the regulatory environment and adapt banking practices accordingly. Ensure that all transactions and operations comply with current financial laws and regulations. * Internal coordination for the execution and management of financial transactions. * Preparation of financial reports and documentation required for transactions. * Conduction of market research and industry analysis in the renewable energy space to identify trends and opportunities. The Successful Applicant* University Degree (or similar). If the candidate has a Master is a plus. * Experience between 10 and 15 years as Banker with focus on Energy. * Experience on Project Finance and Structured Finance * Experienced Project manager or highly technically skilled Manager or Specialist on the client´s side * Very good knowledge in products and services. * Languages: Spanish native, fluent English. * Teamwork.* Negotiation skills.* Leadership.* Decision Making. * Results-oriented.
