Our services are available across France, Spain and Italy.As a Senior Backend Developer, you will: Take ownership of the product from a technical standpoint Work closely with dev, product, QA, and other teams across Europe Challenge product requirements and anticipate technical difficulties Take initiative in proposing technical solutions Ensure state-of-the-art design and implementation with respect to the global architecture of the platform Take part in roadmap planning and take ownership of its delivery Develop features ensuring unit and integration test coverage Ensure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to production Participate in code reviews Help in continuous improvements of team practices Ability to strategically step back to enhance deployment frequency, reduce the number of bugs introduced and shorten the "lead time for changes" Actively take part in knowledge sharing, mentoring of more junior developers and fair employee evaluation About you: You have at least 4 years of backend development experience in Python. A very good command (or even expertise) of Python and Django. Good experience with relational and/or non-relational databases. You have a good knowledge of Docker/Git.
