Context of the role The Senior Analyst is based in Barcelona; this is a horizontal role cutting across the globe and will work closely with the Regional leaders: APAC, Africa, MENA, Europe, and the Americas and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Provide quantitative analysis and data-driven insights for new business line initiatives, white-space analysis, quarterly business review, KPI reviews, optimisation activities, ad-hoc management requests, etc.Ability to independently work on data, develop & validate hypothesis, draw conclusions, craft the narrative and create presentations to showcase the outcomes.Oversee the management & maintenance of the internal tools and ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date for the rest of the organization to consume.Collaborate with Product and Data teams to automate information into Tableau dashboards.Project Manage strategic projects such as quality of service initiatives, etc.Manage the internal and external communication and assets in collaboration with the product marketing and sales enablement teams.Professional Experience/Qualifications Minimally 5 years' experience in analytics with a multi-regional experience, preferably in the international B2B cross-border payments industry.Excellent problem solving and data skills to analyze data and find actionable insights.Organized, proactive and able to prioritize tasks.Must be flexible, self-motivated and a team player.Highly adaptable, curious mindset and can-do attitude.Detail-oriented and have the right sense of urgency.Stellar communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels, around the globe in a multicultural environment.Essentials: Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills, and intermediate SQL, Tableau skills.Compensation and Benefits Great compensation package, including performance & company bonus.Private Health insurance for you and your family.Life Insurance.Work life balance (flexibility and hybrid working policy).Great offices close to Sagrada Familia.Our team is global, you will work with 40+ different nationalities spread across 5 continents.25 days of holidays + 2 Thunes Out Days + 2 Community days.Sound like you?
