It's our differences that make us special, and our shared belief in our core values like innovation and inclusion that bind us together.CONTRIBUTION & PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the whole accounting cycle: invoicing, accounting, budget control.Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ignion's finances.Be responsible for all accounting functions and bookkeeping.Preparation of monthly management accounts, including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.Preparation and filing of taxes (VAT, CIT...) including compliance with regulatory payment deadlines.Management of Income Audit, Payroll, Cash/Bank Control, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.Ensure compliance with all departmental/company procedures and able to highlight issues if necessary.Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closures within deadlines.Support the Dir.
HQ Operations and other directors to ensure a functional understanding of departmental financial reporting.Support the preparation of the financial audit and the audit process.THIS IS YOU Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.At least 3 years previous working experience as Senior Accountant / Supervisor.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Ability to communicate information with precision and make it easy to understand for everyone involved.Used to solve problems, delegate, collaborate and work well under pressure.Ability to analyze financial information and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally.Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented profile.Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines.Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external multinational partners.Strong knowledge of accounting systems (ERPs), advanced Excel, and the ability to handle big data.Strong sense of personal integrity and commitment.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English and Spanish.WE OFFER Compensation & benefits include competitive gross salary + variable bonus + Stock Appreciation Rights + catering service when you come to the office + training + team buildings.A real opportunity to develop your career in an international company that operates in the IoT ecosystem.Amazing international team, an opportunity to know other ways of working, we operate in three continents and there are more than 12 nationalities onboard.Hybrid working model (telecommuting included two days a week)
