We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What you will do in this role:Secure new customer wins for CloudMaximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent, Solution Specialists, client sales teams and the channel partnersActively monitor pipeline, collect feedback and update involved parties on closure, support close plan executionCollaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductionsWhere TCM doesn't exist, curate and connect to customers an ecosystem of best of breed solutions in territory driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption & usage in assigned territorySurface customer wins for partner sell with evidence; surface partner capacity and capability needs and key Opportunities to Partner Management team to drive development and recruitment of new partnersControl main performance indicators and run rates of pipelineEstablish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needsYour qualifications:Are native or proficient in Finnish plus fluent in EnglishHave 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experienceHave experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferredHave broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions requiredDemonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferredFundamentals certification requiredUnderstand cloud deployment and adoption planningExperience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technologyBachelor's degree requiredMajor or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineeringProven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goalsExceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skillsWhat's in it for you:Full-time contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30Salary: On target earnings between 33,000 - 42,000 euros gross/yearGreat office location in BenalmadenaFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program, specialized coursesExperience the best version of you!At Concentrix, we invest in our game-changers because we know that when our people thrive, our clients and their customers thrive.If all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you.
