In this role, you'll be tasked with managing crucial client relationships. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating deals, all of which directly influence the company's revenue. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, you'll ensure that clients' voices are heard and their concerns are addressed across various departments, including product development, content, and marketing.
Working closely with teams such as marketing, product, and content, as part of a collaborative tribe, you'll contribute to the commercial growth of our products. In addition to your responsibilities, you'll also be tasked with preparing commercial revenue reports and sharing insights as part of the tribe. This will involve analyzing data to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive the growth of our products.
All our roles are remote working style from one of our entity locations in Spain, Portugal or Malta.

Your key responsibilities Stay on top of market trends that impact Blexr and our partners to fully understand what partners really want, need and the leverage that exists.Find and negotiate partners in emerging or underperforming markets while maintaining partner data for the company's CRM systemAnalyze product performance and develop solutions that improve revenue and commercial performance of the productBroker deals with partners and ensuring commercial agreements are to the mutual benefit of both supplier and vendor.Communicate with both our partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth "deal-to-product" processWork closely with other departments to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursueRepresent the company at various conferences, exhibitions and networking eventsLead on the coaching and training of other team membersWe're looking for… Proven commercial / sales experience within iGamingVery good command of the English language, both verbal and written (native level speaker)Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detailProactive, creative and objective-drivenAble to understand partner and market needs, and translate into actionAble to see the bigger picture and put the company firstIt would be a bonus if you have… Experience on the affiliate sideAny additional languagesWhat's in it for you?
