Your Role Scope Create new references of savoury seasonings following customers specifications and market expectations. Develop suitable solutions according to application technologist indications.
Continuously improve seasonings portfolio according to technical constraints and profitability targets.
This position is key to answer the snacks & culinary customer demands in Southern Europe.
Missions Coordinate & successfully execute product development (Culinary and Snacks) in accordance with the company processes and ensure appropriate documentation. Prioritize and prepare daily workload to ensure a timely completion as part of the development process in alignment with B2C process. Deliver validated technical solutions for IGP initiatives. Develop seasonings/flavors answering customer briefs. Develop outstanding technical relations with selected key accounts. Active support of customer teams. Continuously benchmark quality and innovation level of own technical solutions against market standard and company targets. Deliver productivity solutions for both customer and BU (internal/proactive) driven projects. Drive continuous improvement in the value chain to deliver productivity gains and strategic differentiation of product portfolio. Coordinating of project related topics between all involved departments (e.g. sales; sensory and analytical requests; purchasing; regulatory; production). Initiate and evaluate stability testing. Effective communication with Lab Assistants and other project members to ensure effective project and resource management. Active sharing of knowledge with technical community. Create and hold presentations & workshops internally as well as externally. Ensure process compliance in accordance with GMP manufacturing, work safety, health safety and environmental regulations. Member of HACCP and Food Safety team. Support to the Quality Department with raw materials and non-suitable products. Raw material supplier selections and homologation. Technical supports in audits. Support to functionability team solving problems related to our references in customer productions lines. About You Diploma in food science. Minimum 3 years experience in seasonings or flavour developments. Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-regional and cross-functional activities. Able to work both as an active member of the technical team and in full autonomy. Flexibility and ability to support team workload, including basic applications to evaluate seasonings when needed. Organisation and project management skills. Strong ability to form successful technical relationships with customers. Ability to understand and translate company strategy and market needs into successful seasonings solutions, using our RM portfolio. IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP.
